At the customer's request, the Utility annually will turn on water service to
accommodate seasonal needs to AWWU customers such as but not limited to a camper park,
public park, undeveloped lots, irrigation system or recreation facility in the spring, and
discontinue the service in the fall, on dates designated by the customer. The customer
shall be charged turn-on and turn-off fee for each service at the rate provided in Rule
15.1, Rate Schedule No. 1 - Fees and Special Charges - Nonrecurring. To receive service
under this Rule, a customer shall install in accordance with Utility specifications, and
maintain, an appropriate backflow prevention device and water meter.
