Timothy M. (Tim) Sullivan is Program Coordinator for “Operation Weed and Seed” for East Anchorage, a U.S. Department of Justice community-based initiative, providing a comprehensive multi-agency approach to law enforcement, crime prevention, and community revitalization. With educational background in both engineering and business administration, he has been involved in many aspects of community service.
