Senior Vice President and Chief Fiscal Officer for the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He has over 20 years experience in the public sector financial management and analysis, including 14 years with the Municipality of Anchorage.

His background includes Director of Finance for the Kenai Peninsula Borough, employment with the Alaska Railroad Corporation, and prior to his arrival in Alaska in 1981, with the Wisconsin public school district. He is vice president of the Alaska Municipal League Investment Pool Board of Directors and is on the Board of Directors for the Anchorage Parking Authority.

He has an MBA in Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
