Frederick H. Boness
A member of the Alaska Bar Association since 1974, Mr. Boness has led a distinguished career in public service in addition to over twenty years experience as a partner in a private law practice.
Educated in economics at the University of Wisconsin and the Georgetown University Law Center, he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. Upon admittance to the Alaska Bar, he was named Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska. He served as Deputy Commissioner of Natural Resources in 1977-1979, and was the Anchorage Municipal Attorney in 2003-2006. Now semi-retired, he continues to practice law on a consulting basis.
